The description for this literally says that it's for you to get ready for the Red Carpet. Is, like, January Jones working out on Exercise TV? I doubt it. Anyways, the one I did the other day was Celebrity Shred and this is Red Carpet Body. It's fairly useless, but I did it. It's mostly like an IDEA of a workout, like do 10-12 reps of this, 10-12 reps of that. I tried to keep up and DO the reps while she was talking about it, but overall it was dumb. You need a mat and a large exercise ball, and a medicine ball.
